   People who have strong memory have some habits that not miss them every day.
   Protect and enhance the ability of brain very easy if you follow these habits: 

1-healthy food

   Improving the quality of food has positive
results on strengthening memory, so there are types of foods that help strengthen memory which your diet should be include.

2-Get enough sleep

   Lack of sleep has been linked to poor memory for some time, so ٍsleep for enough hours, especially the first hours of the night, plays a role in strengthen the bonds between neurons in it and it cleans itself of toxins and the products of chemical metabolism reactions, repairs and rearranges itself.

3-You should eat less sugar

   Sugars intake is associated with many health problems and chronic diseases, including cognitive decline.
   Where researchers found that excessive intake of sugars makes the brain steeped in ever-high levels of insulin that block insulin signals, which leads to impaired ability to think and recall. They found that their levels were lower in memory tests than those whose levels of insulin were moderate in their bodies.

4-Drinking water

   The brain needs water as the body needs and perhaps more because most of our body’s formation of water and not drinking enough water (important of drinking water) may lead to dehydration, which negatively affects the brain’s functions. Therefore, with its loss, we lose a lot of strength and focus.

5-Doing sports activities

   The exercise of great importance (exercise importance) in maintaining the health of the body, including the brain.
   When exercising, such as walking or riding a bike in the open air, this helps the proper blood flow carrying oxygen to all parts of the body, including the brain, which relaxes and improves the quality of sleep. All this is very important to maintain the integrity of the brain and helps to keep the mind awake.

6-Vitamin D levels should be tested

   Vitamin D is an important nutritional component that plays many vital roles in the body, including memory and weak cognitive abilities, as people who suffer from vitamin D deficiency, especially the elderly, are subjected to poor memory and weak normal functioning of the nervous system.

   Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other necessary fatty acids that are important for general health of brain and have been shown to reduce mental deterioration.

8-Social communication

   Social communication greatly avoids psychological stress and depression, which often affect the state of memory.

9-Practice mental activities and learn new skills

   The interest in carrying out new and beneficial activities of value greatly helps to strengthen and stimulate the nervous system and reduces the risk of aging.

   So, dedicate a blog in which you can arrange the tasks, dates and things you need. You must record all these by using paper and a pen and not use computer or mobile device, because manual writing helps to strengthen the focus by using several senses with the manual movement, which gives positive signals to the brain to remember them later.

11-Stress

   The effect of stress on health may make you think a thousand times before surrendering to your problems especially what related with the health of the brain, if the tension is often associated with you, then you are prone to developing memory impairment and deteriorating your cognitive abilities in later stages of your life.
   Therefore, it is always necessary to reduce psychological stress by practicing activities that relax the nerves, such as reading the Quran and meditation.

12-Tea and coffee

   Drinking tea and coffee in moderate quantities keeps the brain awake and makes it better.
