Why should 
   People are exposed to many toxins and harmful substances today as a result of the lifestyle that we live through exposure to the rays of the electronic devices
that we use, eat foods containing flavors and preservatives, and foods that contain huge amount of hydrogenated oils and fats, drink soft and alcoholic drinks, juices containing additives, use of cosmetics and the use of cleaning substances and exposure to smoke from cars and factories.
   As a result of the continuous exposure to these harmful substances and toxins, this leads to their accumulation in the body, whose effects may appear after a short time, or may be show in the long run and their effect appears as a disruption in the body's functions, health, and the appearance of diseases.

   There are organs in the body that work to remove these toxins and reduce their impact such as liver which is the most important organ in the body. It acts as the first defensive line in the body and after its the kidneys, lungs and gallbladder.


   The most important healthy habits that help remove toxins from the body are:

1-Drinking water in large quantities not less than two liters helps a lot in removing toxins from the body.
2-Eat fresh vegetables, especially broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, garlic and onions, as they contain sulfur.
3-Eat fresh fruits because they contain vitamins and minerals that  body needs to remove toxins from it.
4-Eat a large amount of legumes daily because they contain proteins that have a role in detoxification.
5-Eat fresh fish and stay away from fish whose source is unknown.
6-Exercising on a daily basis because of its importance, it leads to the activation of the circulatory system, and thus helps the body systems and do its work to remove accumulated toxins, as well as the exit of toxins through sweating.
7-Eat non-roasted and unsalted nuts in moderate amounts, because it is containing thiamine and zinc that have a role in detoxifying.
8-Avoid smoking and alcohol.
9-Avoid psychological stress, which is one of the reasons for the accumulation of toxins in the body.
10-Eat some herbs that help remove toxins from the body, such as chamomile, green tea, and thyme. They contain beneficial elements for the body, the most important of which are antioxidants.
